In 2016 I carried out my Internship at Inalfa Roofsystem in Venray. During these 21 weeks I developed a test-setup which can reproduce the bahaviour of the panoramic glassroofs during a doorslam-event. The situation that will cause the movement of the glasspanel is the presure in the car cabin and the impact on the carrosserie by the closing doors.At the end of the internship I was able to reproduce this situation with more than 80%, therefore it is accceptable for Inalfa Roofsystems b.v. to test a glasspanel on buzz, squeak or rattle sounds.

During these 21 weeks I learned a lot about acoustics, sound and vibrations, myself, how to do a research and how important it is that all factors that matters have to be tested. Besides the main project, I helped the test enigineers with testing the product under different condition, for different purposes. This was very informative.
